4. For temporary power use, the electricity management department can handle the power use procedures according to the approved fire ticket and the relevant regulations on the safety management of temporary power use, especially the size of the uneven investment range

5. Oil tanks requiring hot work shall be carefully cleaned, replaced and ventilated according to the requirements of the safety technical specification for oil tank cleaning of China National Petroleum Sales Corporation, and monitored and analyzed. The analysis data and corresponding fire prevention measures shall be filled in the hot work report. The analysis sheet is attached to the stub of the hot work report for future reference

6. During hot work, when motor vehicles enter the tank area and other flammable and explosive dangerous areas for operation, the unit where the vehicle is located must apply and implement the vehicle fire prevention measures. The oil depot shall formulate the driving route, check the implementation of the fire prevention measures, and fill in the "entry ticket", which can be entered only after being reviewed and approved by the leader. Non explosion proof battery cars, motor tricycles, tractors, tippers, etc. are not allowed to enter the tank farm

7. for hot work on the pipeline, the oil source should be cut off first, the blind plate should be added, and then thoroughly purged and cleaned. 8. Before the oil tank truck starts fire, the concentration of cleaning oil and gas shall be measured according to the requirements of the "cooperative operation procedures for different parts of oil tank cleaning safety technology"

9. Oil drums must be cleaned before hot work; The lid must be opened before hot work; Before hot work, use "long fire" to test fire at the barrel mouth.
